Crisp cool and clean

I love this duvet cover! Fabric is perfectly crisp. The only thing I would change is to put a smaller white zipper pull on it. The silver one is a little to big and noticeable.

I decided to try it out because we have a lot of guests at our house and some people do not sleep under the top sheet and I have to wash the comforter every time. Let’s just say. I love this

Buyer beware. Just a regular duvet cover. No customer service phone number or response.

This is the worst Internet purchase I have made in years. You advertise this as a full zip round duvet cover. It absolutely is not. It has a zipper on one side and you have to stuff the duvet and they are just like every other duvet cover I have owned. I feel absolutely scammed and taken advantage of. I also tried to contact the company through your website and I’ve heard nothing. You clearly did not read my contact form or my request for a refund since you were asking me to submit a review.

Sorry for the confusion. The description says that it has an end-to-end zipper and the corresponding video shows the zipper going along the length of the bottom. The idea of an all-around zipper is something we looked at but people felt there was too much zipper weighing the duvet down. We have sold hundreds of this style and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. People greatly prefer it to buttons that only go part way across the bottom. And please forgive the delay. We recently had a fire in our warehouse/fulfillment center and had to shut down all of our operations for a time. Hope that helps and we sincerely hope you're still able to enjoy the bedding. We hope you'll consider altering your review.
